Q: Do you accept checks and/or credit cards?
A: We do not accept personal checks. We do accept Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard and cash.
Q: Are you open year round?
A: Yes. 7 days a week, 364 days a year! Christmas day is the only day we are closed. Please click on the Hours tab for special hours during summer and holidays.
Q: Do you serve food?
A: Yes. The Back Portch Cafe is located upstairs. We have many different options. Please check our menu for a full listing of food, desserts and drinks!
Q: What do you provide for birthday parties?
A: We make it easy for you! Every package includes: 2 slices of pizza, drink, plate, napkin, cup, utensils, colorful lei & balloons. If you prefer to bring in your own party supplies please, let us know in advance. Providing your own party supplies will not lower the prices for your party.
Q: Is there seating for adults or non-participants?
A: Absolutely! When scheduling your event be sure to give the number of adults and/or non-participants. This will ensure we'll have enough room for everyone to sit and enjoy the event comfortably.
Q: Do you require a deposit to schedule an event?
A: Yes. A $50.00 deposit is required. The deposit ensures your event will be reserved for the day and time you requested and will go towards your event balance.
Q: Can I bring in my own food/drinks?
A: No. We do not allow outside food/drinks. Cake and icecream, for a scheduled event, are the only exceptions.
Q: Do we eat or play first?
A: It is up to you. When you schedule an event you will choose an "arrival time" and also an "eating time." Eating time is when the dining area is reserved for your group to eat and will be yours for a full hour. The hour your group is using this area is usually used for eating pizza, opening gifts, eating cake, ice cream, etc.
Q: Is there a minimum number of guests?
A: For a party and/or event we require a minimum of 5 guests. For a group rate the minimum guest count is 20. There are no additional costs for non-participating guests. When scheduling a party/event be sure to give us the number of participating guests and also the non-participating guests as wel, to ensure we've reserved enough space for your entire group.
Q: Can we get our money back if it starts to rain or you close down a ride?
A: If management is forced to shut down an attraction due to inclement weather, guests may exchange their outdoor attraction ticket(s) for one of the following items:

You may save your ticket(s) and use it on another day.

You may exchange your ticket(s) for another attraction that is open.

You may exchange your ticket(s) for arcade tokens in the amount of the dollar value of the ticket(s).

These exchanges do not apply to the Unlimited Pass. The Unlimited Pass is non-transferable.
